This project consisted of a renovation on the exterior and interior of this magnificent residence. What started out to be a complete Tuscan Mediterranean home, changed into a transitional style home. The vision for this project was to manufacture all cast stone in a bright Italian sandstone buff color, so that it complements the bright paint on the residence.
As the vision to convert from Mediterranean to transitional was the most important aspect to this project, cast stone international produced all cast stone ornaments in a smooth polished finish.
Cast Stone Balustrades: Cast Stone International used a tight pre-cast stone balustrade application to serve as the balcony railing system.
Cast Stone Columns: 9 – Architectural pre-cast columns were used to cover steel beam post and to separate garage windows. A smooth finish was used to align with the project vision.
Cast Stone Trims, window sills and brackets: A combination of trims, window sills and brackets were used to decorate all windows, entry arch ways, doors, and bandings around the home.
